The "One-click Unsubscribe" feature is an optional subscription for Pro plan.

You can view the total number of email recipients who clicked the unsubscribe link as "Unsubscribes" in the existing "Error Log", "Error Graph" and "Delivery Statistics" menus.

In case that an address on the "Unsubscribe List" is relayed to the Customers Mail Cloud

If a mail delivery relayed to CMC has a destination address that is included in the unsubscribe list, CMC will not deliver mail to this destination address.

Therefore, even if Customers Mail Cloud receives an email delivery to an unsubscribed user via email relay, this delivery will not be counted in the "number of active deliveries" and will be reflected in the report as an "unsubscribe" delivery error.
